Manufacturing members must belong to the Architectural Woodwork Institute. Rules and Regulations for Supplier Members Definition per Article III, Section 1 of the TAWI Bylaws: “SUPPLIER MEMBERS shall be any person, firm or corporation engaged in the supply of equipment, material, services to, or sale or distribution of materials produced by architectural woodwork manufacturers.” Supplier members should have a warehouse or warehouses in Texas; or a sales staff that calls on Manufacturing members in the Texas area Supplier members are invited to all general membership meetings, may enter into discussions, may serve on the Board of Directors, and may be asked to arrange general interest programs (and/or exhibits) of their product field. Dues Payment: Yearly dues of 300 dollars will be charged to Manufacturing and Supplier members. This amount entitles a member company to one listing in the roster and one mailing to the principle contact. Additional contacts may be on the e-mail contact list for no additional charge. The Texas Chapter’s fiscal year is from September 1 – August 31. In order to maintain good standing in this Chapter, payment of dues must not be in arrears more than 90 days.
